Return And Cancellation Policy

Any order purchased from www.outdoorrecreationworld.com* can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. If not completely satisfied, simply return the product for a prompt refund**. You are responsible for return shipping charges and reshipping charges for exchanges.

 

Whether you are returning for a refund or exchange, please do the following before shipping:

1. Place a copy of your order receipt in the shipping box with the item(s) you are returning.

2. Make sure to include your order number, email, first and last name.

3. Indicate the reason for the return.

4. State if you would like a refund or exchange.

 

*Products purchased from any other retailer or website (Amazon, eBay, etc.) must be returned to the original seller.

**Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy​

To request that an order be cancelled, email us at customerservice@rvwholesaledirect.net, or submit a message through the contact form. Please include your reason for cancellation.

We may be unable to cancel orders that have already shipped.

​

Orders that must be cancelled at the fault of the customer will incur a 4% cancellation fee (e.g. If you placed an order for the wrong item we will apply the 4% fee to your refund). Orders that must be cancelled due to our error will incur no fee.

After a refund is issued, it will take 2-5 business days to appear in your account.
